EU27 uses AI to answer questions, translate messages and draft work. It is always labelled, and nothing it produces is sent to a client without a person.

Ask EU27 is an AI assistant. You can type or talk to it, and it tells you so. It answers from EU27's published facts: price, languages, how to start. When it cannot answer, it offers you a person: book 20 minutes or send your brief.
In the portal
- The assistant answers from a client's record and shows the evidence it used.
- Drafting: it drafts chasers, replies and weekly summaries. A person reviews and sends them.
- Documents: it reads a document and pulls out its fields with a confidence for each. A person confirms before anything is filed.
- Translation: messages are translated between the writer's and the reader's languages, with the original kept beneath every message.
Control
The owner decides who on the team can use AI. Every AI step is labelled and logged on the timeline.
