Try it with your services
Tick what a client already has. See what their portal offers them.
The portal never offers a service a client already holds, and only offers what fits what they have. A client with a VAT number is offered the next country; a client filing OSS returns is offered a cross-border review.

Example · A VAT and tax practice
Two new warehouses. Two new VAT numbers.
This client holds VAT registration in Germany and France and files One-Stop Shop returns every quarter. They now keep stock in Italian and Spanish warehouses, so each country needs its own VAT number. Their portal offers the next step, priced, before they think to ask.
- VAT registration in Italy and Spain: £450 per country, then £95 a month for returns
- A cross-border tax review: £750 fixed fee, with a written plan
- Bookkeeping: from £150 a month

Every country, one record
One record per client, with every country beneath it.
Cross-border clients rarely stay in one country: at the first business on EU27, 20 of 52 client companies with country data hold work in two or more countries. Each country sits on the client's record with its status and who holds it.

Your team's side
Where each country stands
- Each country with its status: needs you, moving, waiting, done
- What is blocking each country, and who holds it
- Every document and message filed on the client's record

Partners abroad
Fiscal representatives and partners abroad, each seeing only their part.
The people who file for you in other countries work in the same portal, each in a room in their own language.
- Each partner sees only their part of the job: their countries, their clients, their files
- Their room is in their language
- Partners never write to your clients directly; your desk relays
- Every hand-over is acknowledged and timed

Onboarding, language first
A new client's first screen asks one thing: their language.
English, Deutsch or Français, and the whole portal follows. A client in Germany and a client in France each read their portal in their own language.
How a new client starts
- Their languageChosen before anything else. They can change it later from the menu.
- Their detailsSaved to their record, and filled in for them when they buy their next service.
- Their documentsRequested with due dates, country by country, so nothing is chased by email.
A client onboarding flow built for your services, for example with your engagement letter, is an additional service: £950–£1,950, fixed in writing. Pricing

Keep your VAT and tax software
EU27 is not VAT return software. It is the tax client portal around it.
Your team keeps the VAT return software, the Making Tax Digital software and the tax practice management software it already runs. EU27 is what your clients see: their VAT numbers, returns, documents and messages, country by country, in their language. How often cross-border business crosses languages
Your team keeps
The software your practice already runs
- Your VAT return and Making Tax Digital software
- Your tax practice management software
- Your accounting and bookkeeping software
EU27 replaces none of them, and files nothing with a tax authority.
Your clients get
EU27: the part they see and use
- Their language first. English, Deutsch or Français
- Messages translated both ways, the original kept beneath
- Every country on one record, with its status
- Documents requested with due dates
- Your next service, with the price first
- On phone and desktop
Is EU27 VAT return software?
No. EU27 does not file VAT returns or connect to a tax authority. It is the client portal around your filing: each client's VAT numbers, returns, documents and messages, country by country, in their language, while your team keeps the VAT return software it already uses.
Can clients in other countries use it in their own language?
Yes. Each client chooses English, Deutsch or Français on the first screen, and messages are translated between the languages your clients and your team write in, with the original kept beneath.
Can our partners abroad work in it?
Yes. Fiscal representatives and other partners each get a room in their own language that shows only their countries, clients and files. They never write to your clients directly; your desk relays.
Does it cover client onboarding?
If you are comparing client onboarding software, this is the client's side of it: their language first, then their details, then the documents you ask for, each with a due date. A flow built for your services, for example with your engagement letter, is £950–£1,950. Try the onboarding demo.
