One client, six countries
Where every client stands, country by country
- One record per client, across every country it trades in
- A map of Europe coloured by status: needs you, moving, waiting, done
- What is blocking each country, and who holds it
PPWR
August 2026 broke a lot of inboxes.
Searches for “ppwr” in the UK rose from about 1,000 a month in September 2025 to 9,900 in August 2026, into the regulation's 12 August start.
The businesses that coped had one place for clients, partners and documents.
- Every client on one record, with every country it registers in
- Every partner in the same portal, seeing only their part
- Every document requested with a due date and filed on the record

Three services, one record
Three services, one client record, cross-sold.
Each client has one record, whatever it buys from you. So the portal knows what a client already holds, and what to offer next.
Per country
EPR registration
Packaging, WEEE and batteries. One registration per country, each with its partner, its documents and its status.
Per market
EU & UK Responsible Person
Each market tracked and priced on its own, the UK among them.
Per product
Cosmetics safety reports
A CPSR and a PIF for each product, with every document requested and filed on the client's record.

Cross-sell, inside the portal
The service they don't hold yet, price first.
- Offered in the client's own portal
- The price before any form, their details already filled in
- Never a service they already hold
- Every purchase lands on the same client record
7 of 61clients at the first business on EU27 already hold a second service.
Try it as the clientPartners in every country
Partners in every country, each seeing only their part.
Registrars and authorised representatives work inside the portal, each in their own language. Your desk sees every hand-over.

- Each partner sees only their countries, clients and tasks
- Each works in their own language
- Partners never write to your clients directly. Your desk relays.
- Every hand-over acknowledged and timed
Can each partner abroad work in their own language?
Yes. Each registrar or authorised representative gets a room in their own language that shows only their countries, clients and tasks. They never write to your clients directly; your desk relays.
Do our clients need to write in English?
No. Each client chooses English, Deutsch or Français on the first screen, and messages are translated between the languages your clients and your team write in, with the original kept beneath.
Does it cover client onboarding?
If you are comparing client onboarding software, this is the client's side of it: their language first, then their details, then the documents you ask for, country by country, each with a due date. A flow built for your services, for example with your power of attorney, is £950–£1,950. Try the onboarding demo.
Onboarding, language first
A new client's first screen asks one thing: their language.
English, Deutsch or Français, and the whole portal follows: every screen, notice and request after that is in the language they chose.
How a new client starts
- Their languageChosen before anything else. They can change it later from the menu.
- Their detailsSaved to their record, and filled in for them when they buy their next service.
- Their documentsRequested with due dates, country by country, so nothing is chased by email.
A client onboarding flow built for your services, for example with your power of attorney, is an additional service: £950–£1,950, fixed in writing. Pricing
