What we collect, and why.

Who we are

This site, eu27.ai, is run by EU27.ai. For anything about your data, write to build [at] eu27.ai.

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, work email, company, website if you give it, the services you sell, the languages your clients write in, your team size and the time you chose.
• When you send a brief: the same details, plus what you want the portal to do.
• When you ask for the pack by email: your name and work email.
• When you use Ask EU27: the questions you type or say, to answer them. The microphone is used only while you hold it or start a conversation.
• On your device: the live demo remembers which role you chose and your language in your browser's storage. It is not sent to us.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details to hold your call, reply to your brief, send what you asked for and answer your questions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you made, or taking steps at your request before a contract.

Where it is kept, and who processes it

• Bookings are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in London (eu-west-2).
• The site is served by Cloudflare. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
• Email replies come from build [at] eu27.ai.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking details are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact, unless you become a client, and are then deleted. Ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop. Write to build [at] eu27.ai. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority where you live.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask first.
