What does £595 a month include?

Ongoing support, 1 TB of storage and 1 million AI tokens a month, and the whole portal: clients, partners, your team, cross-sell, two-way translation, the AI voice assistant and the owner's money view. Storage and AI tokens can be topped up.

Can we keep our practice software?

Yes. EU27 is what your clients see and use. Your team keeps the practice and accounting software it already runs.

Can clients use it on a phone?

Yes. It is built for phone and desktop. Try your client's side on your phone.

What languages does it work in?

The screens are in English, Deutsch and Français. Messages are translated between the languages your clients and your team write in, with the original kept beneath.

What is an AI token?

Tokens are how AI use is measured. Each assistant answer, drafted reply and document read uses some. 1 million a month are included, and you can top up at any time.

What if we don't go ahead after the proof of concept?

Then you have paid £595, which covers the build. If you do go ahead, your first month is free.

What does a client onboarding flow cost?

£950–£1,950, fixed in writing before we start. The flow is built around your services, for example with your engagement letter, and hands each new client straight into their portal. Try the onboarding demos.
